Returns and Exchanges
If you are in the US or Europe and it has been more than 10 business days since your order, or if you are overseas and it has been more than 25 business days since your order, please let us know by sending us an email with your name and order number. Thank you for your patience!
You can easily exchange your product for another product, style, color or size within 30 days. Fill out the return form and send the products back to us in their original condition, with the labels attached and in an undamaged package. Please include your order number!
Are you not 100% satisfied with your product? You can return it to us at any time within 30 days. Fill out the return form and send us the products in their original condition, with the labels attached and in an undamaged package. Do not forget to include your order number! If you want a new product, place a new order.
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as we start processing your order. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us or ask us via our live chat.
If you can't find your return form, please contact us and we will help you get a new one!
Allow at least 14-30 days for your return to arrive and be processed. The customer is responsible for the cost of damaged products or lost packages.
Carefully repack your order and attach the return label. Drop off the return at the nearest UPS/DHL station or arrange a pickup appointment. Processing of your return will begin as soon as we receive it.

If not done already, please send us a photo of your damaged product, so we can a have a closer look at it and response you fast.

Our orders are internationally shipped from our central-warehouse in Germany. One should be always prepared to pay additional taxes. Even it is less likely to pay taxes for EU-internal orders. It always depends on your country's limit values.
After we hand your order over to our shipping carrier, you should receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number. Our products are manufactured in Poland, Pakistan, China and Germany. We have visited all of our main suppliers and do not collaborate with any suppliers that we find in any way doubtful.
